How To Develop A Tagline For Your Blog’s

A tagline is a variant of a branding slogan typically used in and advertising. The idea behind the concept is to create a memorable phrase that will sum up the tone and premise of a brand or product (like a film), or to reinforce the audience’s memory of a product. Many companies, however, do not have a large enough budget to hire an . If you belong to one of these small budget businesses, do not despair. With some creativity and persistence you can develop your own tagline.

First, what you want to communicate with your tagline.

In this first step what we want to tell people is, what is our and/or .  If you already have one you should write them down. By creating a tagline, your tagline should reinforce them.

You can start by asking a few questions:

  • Who are your customers?
  • What benefits do you give your customers?
  • What feelings do you want to evoke in your customers?

The list of question is not exclusive and only serve as a guidance.  You should try to get one or more of these answer inside your tag.

Second, start for possible ideas

  • Gather from other companies and brands. Don’t limit the search within your industry only but look also in other industries, both large and small companies.
  • Write them on index cards or individual slips of paper because you will be mixing,matching and pairing them with unrelated items you had collected as you brainstorm furthers.
  • Look closer to the words used and how they’re put together. From step 1, decide and determine which of the above questions they address. You will be more likely to come up with a unique angle for your own tagline.

Third, brainstorm further

Rearrange your various props so you can look at them in different ways. Write down everything that comes to mind and all the new ideas each phrase sparks. It’s may not make any sense but you want a large number of ideas.

Fourth, consolidate your list

Pick those few that have the best potential. You could also or may need toreduce longer ones to fewer words.

Fifth, choose the one best tagline

The final step, test your tagline and ask people feedback.
