But when I really like a content, I spend time writing a review of why I feel it is worth giving a thumb-up. I never knew that will have any impact on my profile anyway. As for people that request that I give a review, I do it if the article is worth it. Else, I politely turn the request down. I'm of the opinion that only worthy articles or materials should be given thumbs-up.
