Those 15 minutes seem to short and not much thing can be done. But those 15 minutes can be used effectively if you know how to use it. Today I list out some of the things you can do in 15 minutes:
- Answer all comments you received from your readers.
- Write down all the future title of your blog post that you can think off right now. Just in case if you confronted with the blogger drought moment, you can start with a very good title.
- Write a quick post. Set your time limit, say 30 minutes. In 30 minutes, you going to write what ever come into your mind and edit it later.
- Send your blog post to Digg, StumbleUpon and all related social networks.
- If your use the send to button at StumbleUpon toolbar, it times to say thank you and return the favour for those people who think your blog post is interesting and informative.
- Similarly, you should also check if someone tweet about your blog post. It time to reply for any tweet regarding your blog post.
- Do you make any adsense income from your blog today? If not, may be it time to double check the keyword use at your blog post. Maybe it’s a low value keyword or not relevant to your blog post.
- Check your blog stat. How many people reach to your blog post today, what is there entry and exit point. If it’s from the front door then there must be something wrong. While you’re here, don’t forget to check the page view ratio.
- Any comments that wrongly identified as spam? If it does then you should approve it as not spam.
- Any pingback and trackback that wrongly identified as spam? If it does then you should rectify it also.
- Any plugin that you currently used at your blog need to be upgraded? WordPress requires an up to-date plugin to function well and effective.
- Have you upgrade you blog software to the latest version?
- Have you check all link point to external resources still working effectively. A broken link or resources will not look good at your blog more importantly if it point to an image.
- Have you check or answer to all guest post request for your blog? There could be some one interested to write a guest post for your blog.
- If you sell advertisement slot at your blog, have you check if there subscription is still valid?
