Prediction For 2009 – I See Green.

Well, this is not about the Hulk (of course he is green) but it certainly have something to do with money.

I have suggested the next niche market or correctly niche topic would be politic, technologies and entertainment but yet to suggest the sub-topic for each general topic.

This year technologies will immensely talk about green technologies as most technologies company or heavy usage of technologies, even the big ones, talk about cost cutting.

What is Green Technologies?

Wikipedia define Green Technologies or GreenTech

Environmental technology (abbreviated as EnviroTech) or green technology (abbreviated as GreenTech) or clean technology (abbreviated as CleanTech) is the application of the environmental sciences to conserve the natural environment and resources, and to curb the negative impacts of human involvement. Sustainable development is the core of environmental technologies. When applying sustainable development as a solution for environmental issues, the solutions need to be socially equitable, economically viable, and environmentally sound.

I think what important was the last few word that I had highlighted.

So what would be the potential topic under this issue?

There would be many issues that can be focus on but you have to choose one:

1. Blog and business.  I would like to stress it again this is not about metablogging but more on using blog to save cost and make more money or generate more business to any organization regardless of the size.  Perhaps you can read some of the case study that had been featured in this blog.

2. Greener technologies.  There a few examples listed at Wikipedia and InformationWeek also highlight some of the issue Tech Pro need to know about green technologies.
3. Sustainopreneurship.  while there is many definition, I think the best definition would be from wikipedia which in short stand for ” a business with a cause”.

Will there be more topic?

Yes it would.  But for now, even that already too many.  Perhaps you can add some more topic as you read along and mentioned it in the comment box.
