You’ve written an awesome blogpost but the people are not commenting or reading it? May be that people are not getting your point. Today, we’ll discuss some measures you can take to make your visitors read your blog!

This is much more subjective. But I personally think you should have your own domain and host it, don’t worry it’s not only cheap but a good investment.
Messy template
Have you look into your template? Are you using a messy template? If you do, you will make your readers fuzzy and dizzy just by looking at it. Have a clean and organized template.
Use those Headings!
In most template, either free template or your bought a professional template, they already come styled and built-in so why don’t you use it!? Heading serve a few purpose, among them:
- search engine optimization
- give a little breaks in your article.
- easy to scan your post which is always a benefit.
You could come up with some headings and sub-headings then wrap your text in it. Just in case you use BlogRush widget, the widget cuts you title short to 40 characters. So you may want to optimize your headlines accordingly.
Title does it all!
As I mentioned previously, just use the heading and wrap what ever text in it. This will be your title or subtitle. There a few pointer for a good title:
- keep your title short and sweet
- the best should be within 40 characters (good, for Blogrush Widget).
- convey your point clearly, with a few juicy keywords.
- start with a ‘How-to’ or a ‘5-tips-to’ style.
Have a good Introduction
A good introduction helps your visitors confirm their doubts on whether your blog is exactly what they are looking for. This would not be a problem if you had been very clear and concise about heading and title.
But just make sure don’t make your introduction is half of your blog post. You need to promise big things, some thing that your reader want to hear, in your heading (and make sure you deliver).
Use some graphical content
Add a personality to your blog by having a picture in midst of the blog. It’s not just relatively eye-catchy but also make a good impression on the reader. Just make sure it’s relevant and deliver the same message as your headline and introduction.
Do not make the mistake of thinking that pictures are somehow worth 1,000 words; you should more on the actual article and your picture highlights some particular element just like adding flavor to the soup that is your post.
Don’t forget to have your keywords in the picture’s alt tag!
Sometime length kill your post
This post originally about 1,250 words. But it will make this blog post not readable due to their lengthy (beside I have another post I really need you to read).
But sometime you have to write a very long posts. If you have to do that break them into pieces and link them saying Part I, Part II, etc like what you had read in our marketing series. Just make sure it is appealing enough for him to discover more of it. But don’t make your content look awkward by optimizing it for search engine spiders. If you get your readers confused, you’ll fall short of some loyal readers.

This is a nice article about make money blogs. You have bring on some interesting facts. As a make money blogger, I agree with your terms. When a reader comes to your site, he will know in 10 seconds that who you are and what you are dealing with.
As a make money blogger, I told my readers that I’m blogging for months and I running this blog, tamalanwar.com. A new reader will check it out and will know that yes he is right and he is getting some traffic and have some experience. Then they will believe me and come to read from me.
If they found that some guy started a blogspot blog with some basic adsense tips and he just getting started, then no one will be interested.
