How Much Should You Pay A Blogger – Latest Research

Read Write Web today release their research on top tier blogger and social media consultant on how much their charged per work.

Their samples is small ( only about 20 blogger and 20 social media consultant), half of them responded on survey via email they sent to each respondents.

While the respond rates only 50%, the study reveal:

1. Most blogger are paid $20 per post, with a full range between $10-$200 per post.  In most cases, a very short post will be charged at $10 per post.
2. For in-house or full time blogger, they annual salary is between $45,000 – $55,000 with benefit.  If include bonus, this could made up to $70,000 -$90,000.
3. For part-time blogger, time spent on blogging was between 3 hours to a full day.  While for in-house or full time blogger, 50-60 hours per week ($20-$35 per hour).
