What does a 46 years old of three steps success system got to do with Internet business? Well, you have to read on.
Sonia, had wrote a very interesting post on how to define your business success. What ever you wants to do - starting a blogging business, run a successful affiliate program, run successful stumbleupon, digg or delicious, craiglist marketing and even for offline program, getting a date, job, or successful program to the last bit, a perfect french kiss - it’s boiled down to three necessary ingredients, which are in order of importance:
“It is only when a person has his own generator that we can talk about motivation. He then needs no outside stimulation. He wants to do it.”
Frederick Herzberg (1923-2000) US psychologist, Harvard Business Review (January – February 1968). (You can get more quote like here)
Stephen explain how important of self motivation to your internet business. For most part you feel less motivated when you had build a good website or blog, but no sales or no traffic to it.
Many people jump into an Internet business or any business just to follow the bandwagon. I had done that and when you fail you don’t know what hit you. It is important to have a clear goal or mission statement on what you wants to achieve and the time lines. Maybe it’s time to ask yourself a revealing question, what is your goal and when do you what to achieve it?
While you sorting it out, you may find some of this post can help you.
“Its’ clearly a budget. It’s got a lot of numbers in it.”
George W. Bush (b. 1946) US president, quoted in Reuters (5 May 2000)
This is the quality that enables you to do something at will, with skills, effectiveness, and a minimum use of time and efforts.
How do you get it? You don’t get it. It’s accumulate with experiences, actions, you know when you get it.
So does with Internet business and blogging success. You learn, apply, fail, apply again, fail again, apply again, success - you get the know how.
Learning does not stop when you already know something because learning start when you already know something. I find it much harder to write a good post when you already have a steady stream of readers (even if small) and traffics. Every good blogger or business know how valuable is to maintain existing customers rather than finding a new ones.
This is the time when you start to think about how to craft a good blog post, how to craft a good micro blog, where to market and the list go on.
I’ll to shares a couples of resources that I used at my writing, the intention is to get you move on track fast.
How to run a blog business from start to finish
How to run a successful social media campaign
I had to admit it is not easy to explain what is activity knowledge. In a simple term, activity knowledge is transform what you have learn into action (activity). When you know (knowledge) and apply (activity knowledge) than the final product is experience.
I had found that from the two ingredients, there will almost be certain a by products or a products exist that make you an authoritative figures on that subject. What experience you get from the previous two, you need to give back. By doing so, you constantly reinvent yourself since you also need to keep abreast with the latest techniques.
This last ingredient actually make everything become full circle. Skelli had talked about this on 10 Innovative Blog Business Models. Perhaps you will find some of the business model as a good platform to launch your products or services while practicing what ever you have learn .
“If the automobile had followed the same development as the computer, a Rolls Royce would cost $100, get a million miles per gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.”
Robert X. Cringely, US journalist & author, Infoworld (6 March 1969)
I had presented my three success system, what your success system?

Great Article!
I think inspiration is the element that keeps you on task. My passion is why I constantly push my self to work at my goals. I personally believe that a great way of figuring out if there is passion in what you do to is to ask yourself, “If money wasn’t an issue would I still be doing what I do?”. If you love what you do; that alone is sufficient to wanting more.

First i want to tell you that the pictures you have places in the blog post are awesome.
The square ad on the top beside the header is quite unique (I mean i had seen like this very few times in a professional blog like this.)
Don’t mind i am asking is that add spot on top really fetching great money ?
If not it is spoiling the look of the blog.
If this comment disturbs you, please excuse me.
I came here though twitter and i felt like saying this as you are following me .
All the best.
